Made my reservation over 1 month in advance - when I got to counter I was told that they did not have my requested size but I could pay more for the next size up. Turns out my car was sitting waiting the whole time. Despite locking in a rate with Expedia in advance, they informed me the rate would be higher since I was bringing it back 2 hours later in the day than the time I was picking it up. So they added that charge, then when I returned the car at the agreed-upon time, they charged me an additional penalty claiming that I was late for my reservation. Thankfully Expedia was able to straighten it out after 1.5 hours on the phone!

Terrible customer service at check in. When we requested to pay with a different credit card at check out, they indicated that would cost $25 to change the payment. When I objected, the counter rep and the manager proceeded to ignore my complaint and charged the card on file. Change payment fee was not disclosed and the level of personal service was despicable. Stay away!
