This is the second time that I've been here and I have to say I've never been treated so rudely. The customer service is horrible they tell you one price on the phone and you get there and get a totally different price. The first time I went there the lady watch TV while doing my nails and cut me then the second time I went there the lady was so rough with me and cut me twice there's no way that I'll be going back to this establishment.

I walked in with my husband to get him a simple eyebrow wax. The service was quick, but untilnmy husband sat down in the regular desk chair to recieve his waxing. I saw the lady apply the wax, i seen that it was way too much and i knew it was going to take off more than what i wanted. She reassured me "i do this long time, women like this shape!" Over and over agin she repeated herself, i told her if its too much and if i didnt like it, i was not going to pay for it. So of course i let this so called 50 yr old expert handle my husbands brows. Well she f#%¥£d it all up. Now my husband has brows that look as if he is hispanic and my husband is white. Its sad to see how much he will be picked on at work especially being in the Army. In the end, i will never go there again and expect my friends not to either. With a hand gesture in my face and her saying never come back because i told her i was notgoing to pay for it. Well i hope you dont go here and or recieve better treatment.
