As a Mega Karen and an entitled Mom and Parent, I believe that the world and specifically businesses should put me in front of everybody and everything first!

I was dissapointed that the guy working here wouldn't drop everything to satisfy my whims, even though I loudly cleared my throat many times, so I will NOT be coming back.

I have been dealing with Moye's Sewing Center for several years, since the business I originally dealt with in another town burned and was not rebuilt. I can report nothing but good experiences at Moye's, from routine service on my machines, to a machine that had to be returned to Janome for repair, to the purchase of a new machine. Mr. Moye spent all the time necessary to help me get acquainted with the features of the new purchase. I highly recommend this business to you if you have machines that need to be serviced or are in the market for a new one.

When I first bought my embroidery machine from Moye's I was very impressed with their customer service. However, I recently took it it to be serviced and have found out otherwise. After a 2 hour drive to pick it up (after being assured it had been totally gone over) I got home to find out they only oiled the needle bars. Same problems as before, they didn't even bother to fix the problem I originally came in about. WD told me Stanley would call back to try to fix the problem over the phone, I never heard back. They have been so rude to me and WD even tried to make me feel as if it was MY fault the machine was not fixed. If there is another shop near you, I would definitely recommend avoiding Moye's!

Great customer service. Although my warranty did not cover the problem with my machine, WD was able to fix the problem easily and at no cost. Being that I drove 1.5 hours just to find a repair center, it was well worth the drive. My machine was serviced onsite and he explained everything to me as he repaired it. He gave me suggestions as to how to fix the problem myself should it ever arise again. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Horrible customer service. Came in to buy program for monograming and felt like criminal. Ignored for several minutes. I'm looking for somewhere else to buy monograming program and supplies.

Terrible, terrible customer service! I brought in my sewing machine and serger to be cleaned and oiled. BOTH machines were BROKEN when I came to pick them up. They did fix the first machine, but the serger is totally broken now. Stanley and WD were completely unhelpful and told me basically that I am out of luck. They told me that the machine is now totally unfixable, and would not even help me to find a replacement. I actually felt threatened by WD when I explained to him the problem. I was totally blown away by how nasty they were to me and could not believe how totally inflexible they were to help me. I walked into their shop to get my serger cleaned and oiled, and I walked out with a broken machine that will not even serge.

Excellent Customer Service. Very knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with them as long as they are in business.

Wonderful customer service! Took my machine to be serviced at Moye's because we don't have a local dealer & it was a 2-hour drive to get there but well worth it. They let me wait on my machine while they serviced it and it took less than 2 hours. They were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend them!

In September of 2011 I purchased a Brother sewing/embroidery machine from Moye's. The customer service was great and I couldn't be happier with my machine. I will do business with this company again.

Great customer service for years and years. Same reliable products and a household name for most in Savannah.
