Worst experience ever. Don't eat here.

I took some advice to make a reservation going and I've been hooked on it since. Great atmosphere and the wait staff and managment were extremely polite and tentative. Our chef was also hilarious. I think to avoid the wait you can just make a reservation.

I've been to Miyabi many a time. The food is awesome, but you have to put up with a ton of problems just to get to it. The service is TERRIBLE and the hostess at the front is incompetent. There is no other word to describe the people that work here-just incompetent. After tonight I'm proud to say that I will never go back. We made a reservation for my 3 year olds birthday for 13 family members. My mother in law brought a cake in and they told us that they do not allow cakes on Friday or Saturdays. When my MIL asked why, she replied "Because we want to move people in and out". (I guess I should mention that there was NO ONE waiting) You would think that they would be honored that we are celebrating at their establishment, not to mention spending hundreds of dollars! Needless to say, we canceled our reservation and left. The manager rolled her eyes at us. Their terrible customer service and rude behavior sours the experience at this place. Go elsewhere.

18 of us went on 2-23-13 for a bithday get together.we made resevations the day befor e. Even though there were tables together they wanted to seat us apart we waited a hour and a half to be seated. the mgr and front staff were very rude and none of us will be going back i suggest no one else go there either

The food was delicious but it came too spaced out. It was not busy at all-2 other couples but service took forever. Not one offer for a drink refill. Savannah native-Not Returning

This restaurant is the best! Food is great! Service is excellent. You have to wait sometimes for a table, but its worth the wait. Great for family or couple.. Luv it.... Kids will love it also.....

This is the best japanese food in town! The interior is beautiful and the size is great you dont feel like your on top of people eating, and they are quick about getting you seated! The chefs also have a great attitude and are very energetic and compassionet about their job!!

Very fresh sushi. Chef is fantastic. If you don't see your favorite roll on the menu....they will make it for you. Price is very affordable.

Very worth the wait if you don't have reservations! They cook and put on a show in front of you!
