These people are crooks. They are rude, harass people, and try to collect debts that aren't even legit. They will not accept proof that you have paid a bill, yell at you, and should be shut down.

The woman called me at work and began yelling at me! Straight yelling at me about something I wasn't even aware of. She proceeded to tell me it was for something OVER THREE YEARS AGO. She got extremely rude and agitated when I questioned her and wanted proof about it. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY! I would give them zero if I could.

They use underhanded Tactics And Emotional Torture By being completely rude, judgemental, imply that you are basically scum and that there absolutely NO CERCUMSTANCES including almost dying that should prevent you from paying bills.

They should not be allowed to be In business

No one likes debt collectors, but I found them reasonable and easy to work with. It did show up on my credit report, but I was technically late paying, so I understand that. They allowed me to make small payments until I could pay more and were always kind spoken and understanding.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CALLED LIER COLLECTION, THEY TOLD MANY TO DIFFERENT AMOUNTS AND THEN TRIED TO CHARGE INSTEREST ON MEDICAL BILLS. WHO DOES THAT. REALLY. PLEASE SOMEONE PUT THIS BUSINESS OUT!!!! RATE ZERO STAR, EVERYONE IN COMPANY IS RUDE. I SEE WHY THERE TURN OVER RATE IS SO HIGH. THEY TALK DOWN ON SICK TO POCKET MONEY FOR THEMSELVES. WOW

The people in this business lied to me several times, were completely rude and condescending to me and treated me this way even though I was calling to settle the debt! I had no negative credit until this point and refuse to deal with them. BEWARE!!!
