I purchased a High Mileage Used Toyota Sequoia From Kellers. It lasted for many years and the price was very fair. The staff was amazing, and I am very thankful for them

I'm very disappointed with Keller's auto Sale, I called them asking about the van, and I told the them that I live in Marietta (3 hours driving), I agree to pay the price they ask, i even ask for discount. They told the van was excellent condition, no engine service light on, only damage was on right side of the front bumper.

When I saw their website and see the USA flag and Mathews 6:25-34 I tough they are serious, it makes me feel sad.

* light engine service is on, you guys just reset

*drive Shaft and cardan is damaged

*back doors is totally damaged and have to be replaced

*front turn light is broke (you guys just use glue and didn't replace it ).



I bought the car, first tough the car was good, but what they did it's just a make up on the car to sell it, when I get back in Marietta after 3 hours driving the car was making lot of noise underneath of the car and the right front turn light was almost on the floor, they just put glue instead fix (it's stupid, I spent $35 to fix the light), no respect at all with the customers.



I text, email them about the problems, they never reply to me, no sorry, no apologies, nothing

I lacteals enjoyed buying a car from Keller Auto. Not only are their prices great, their team is amazing to work with. They helped me find what I needed as opposed to what they wanted me to buy. They walked with me through the whole process and even checked up on me a week later to see how everything is going. This is not the typical dealership! If you need to buy a car you need to look at Keller Auto first. I have purchased my last two cars there and will definitely be back!

I wrote about my 2000 BMW 323 ci Convertible Friday. Here is my update. I spoke with Hubert (Owner/Manager). After looking at my case he is going to work with me to get another car. I will not get full price of the car back. The title is NOT salvaged. It was a buyback !!!!!!!! I spent over $5000.00 dollars in repairs and car still not fixed. I signed an AS IS clause with no warranty ( not uncommon). I should have asked for a Car Fax. I did not ? They sell MANY BUYBACKS. So you should look into Car Fax on the vehicle you want because it may prevent you from buying a vehicle with a LONG track record of problems. Hubert says he will work with me to get another car ( Fair thing) . Lets hope he helps me. If anything I have learned not to be trusting when it comes to making purchases. It may not be illegal not to tell a customer they just purchased a BUYBACK but is it Ethical. We shall see. God help Hubert to do the right thing for his business & a customer who is only wants right thing done

My experience with Keller's Auto Sales was a great experience. I was looking for a dependable car for my daughter. John H. took the time to answer all of her questions and actually called to inform us of new vehicles coming in. After several trips of looking at cars he offered sound advice and did not apply any pressure for us to buy. The transaction was handled professionally and smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to others and would definitely recommend John H as a salesperson.

We purchased a car from Keller's auto that needed a major repair....after we got it home. My husband spoke to John H. about the issue, he had him to return the car for repair. They fixed and returned the car the very next day. These folks are definitely a breath of fresh air in a time when integrity is a dying virtue. Thank you so much!!!

We had an outstanding experience at Keller's Auto. We were in the market for a well-cared for, affordable vehicle. We found that (and much more) at Keller's. John was fantastic! Never pushy or impatient-seriously, that in and of itself is was what kept our attention. We had the option to look and test drive as needed.This is a clean and professional car lot with exceptional staff. They do a great deal to give back to the community as well. We love our car (Infinity I35) and can't rave enough about vehicle quality and customer service! It should be noted that I was not paid or asked to leave a review. I genuinely want to promote a good thing and that is exactly what this dealership is.

We initially went to Keller's to purchase a vehicle for under $6,000.00 and were very impressed with their selection. However, I fell in love with a Lexus R330. We put poor John through his paces regarding patience as we test drove numerous vehicles in an attempt to stick with our initial budget. We finally just went with the Lexus and love it! John was so very patient with us and never pushy. Will definitely go back to Keller's for future vehicles!

i went in to keller's auto, immediately i was assisted by sales associate John Henninger he was very helpful and i walked away a very satisfied customer (in a BMW) i love my new car .&& i would recommend this dealership to anyone . and the owner Mr.Keller is really sweet and understanding . I purchased a BMW today from Keller's and will definitely buy from them again when the time comes. They were very professional, honest, and personable, and it was the best car buying experience I have had. They gave me room to breathe and think, didn't smother me or pressure me, and took the time to review the Carfax and answer any questions honestly that I had. Anyone in the market for a used car should definitely check them out!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Hubert Keller for over 6 years. He has given me very fair prices, when I sold him four different cars over this time frame. Hubert and his staff are as honest as the day is long and are walking examples of "The Golden Rule"; treat others as you want to be treated. My daughter was recently involved in an accident, where another driver ran a red light and T-boned her small SUV. Thankfully, she was OK, but the SUV was totaled and I had to find a replacement vehicle quickly. Keller's has always maintained a quality inventory of used vehicles. I know this because I drive by their lot 2-3 times each week and stop in periodically just to browse. I am glad that I did, because this time I was a buyer and the Keller's very courteous sales staff made me a good deal on a 2005 Volvo wagon. I feel better knowing that my daughter is driving a very safe car and would highly recommend Keller's to any parent looking to do the same for their children. CR July 2013

Would recommend to anyone in the market for a clean, low mileage, fair priced used car. Ask for Mike Kitchen, he is honest, transparent, no sleezy salesman tactics, works as an advocate of the customer and makes the car buying process easy.
