J.H.C. Butler Elementary School, founded in 1963, offers education to more than 700 students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school offers a wide range of activities and programs that include Spanish embassy club, art club, alpha bears mentoring program, prime time after-school enrichment, and summer reading and summer magnet program. It also provides Saturday tutorial sessions, band, and young miss and mister program, a communications technology mastery center, math institute, and a research and development lab. J.H.C. Butler Elementary School has various programs accelerated programs, such as accelerated math and reading, star math and star reading program. The elementary school is located in Savannah, Ga.
