Had my truck for 6 weeks and had only primed door and fender I brought in
When I wanted the truck returned he added fees that were on previous 2 estimate totaling $475
He charged 19.5 of labor totaling $950
This guy is an old school con man
He blame covid as the reason his shop was running behind but no one in his office wore a mask
He should have scaled back the work if his business was struggling with employees but he didn’t he blamed me for not understanding

My 2018 Chevy Trax was rear-ended less than a month after I purchased it. Hernandes did an excellent job of repairing the car after almost 7000 dollars in damage. The car is beautiful, actually looks better than new.Drives like new too. I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality repairs done to their vehicle.

Hernandez recently repaired my Camry after a rearend collision. They were very helpful and professional in handling the repairs and working with the claimant's insurance adjuster. My car looks great and I very pleased with their work. Would

recommend them to anyone that needs quality repair service on a vehicle.

My husbad and I were recently involved in an automobile accident where we were rear-ended. We contacted Hernandez Collision Center the next day and Mr. Hernandez and his people handled everything for us. They arranged a rental vehicle for us while our vehicle was being repaired. They delt with the insurance ajuster and the insurance company in regards to payment. Everyone at The Hernandez Collision Center was courtious and helpful. The repairs were done to my vehicle with factory parts and no after-market parts. The painting that had to be done was 100% satisfactory. It was a pleasure to do business with people who are honest and concerned about their customers.

BEWARE: BAIT AND SWITCH! I am paying out of pocket for damages to someone else's vehicle, and they chose Hernandez because it was the lowest estimate. Now I know why: when I received the original estimate I gladly paid it, but then I got a call saying additional damages were found when repairing the vehicle. Fair enough, that happens. But it turns out the final bill was 60% higher than the original bill I received! In addition, when I originally spoke to Mr. Hernandez about the additional damage he told me it would be in excess of $500. When I got the final bill it was $1100 more! Then when I questioned this to Mr. Hernandez he accused me of calling him dishonest and HUNG UP ON ME! There are definitely better options out there.

I have not been involved in very many auto accidents during my lifetime. However, when it came to fixing my 2012 Toyota Camry, Hernandez Collision Center did an AMAZING job! The car was returned to me and looks brand new again. I couldn't have had a better experience.



The staff at Hernandez Collision Center are very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with the insurance companies. The car was done in a timely manner, and during the pickup process, I didn't have to pay a dime out of my pocket. I have peace of mind that my car was repaired correctly.

The people at Hernandez Collision Center are the type people you want as neighbors or trusted advisers. They have been a blessing to me.



Most recently I had a car accident. I am glad we had our car taken to Hernandez.



They immediately helped with the insurance coverage explaining and going over any coverage options. We got a fair settlement from all the insurance companies in large part because of Danny, Bob and April.



I would never consider taking our vehicle to any other place.



I am not someone special but I was treated as if I were part of their family. And if you go there, I feel sure, you will be treated the same as I was.
