I travel a fair amount and have never consistently used one car rental, just whatever the travel agent suggests is cheapest. Cars are all the same, right? My recent trip to Savannah found me at the Enterprise desk. The contact with the staff there was friendly and efficient, as was the return experience. Upon arriving back home on Friday, I discovered that I had left a new jacket in the backseat of the rental car. I called the rental number, and they put me in touch with their lost and found. Monday morning I received a FedEx box with my jacket, nicely folded and good as new. My forgetfulness only cost me $10 for the FedEx shipping. Wow! I had written off the jacket as just a stupid mistake on my part, but at my wife's suggest I made the call, and I'm glad I did. This might just be a case of "southern hospitality", but I don't think so; I think it's a more likely the Enterprise corporate culture. Enterprise has my business from now on! And, the Savannah staff has my gratitude.

My business brings me to Savannah once a month. 98% of the time I use Enterprise for my car rental.
The counter is fast, friendly and efficient. When I go to retrieve the car the representatve is there ready to review the car with me.
Enterprise is used mainly because of their service and loyalty to the local corporate rates, consistency in the condition of the cars and most of all the "Can Do" attitude of the employees.

Very accommodating. Even stayed late to make sure my car was ready for a very late arrival. Staff was friendly and the car was immaculate.

1/1/2016. The male agent did not have good customer service. He seemed to be struggling with something on the computer. He started to walk me out to find the car but said to go to the employees outside. She is kicked back in the chair with her feet up. I had to knock on the door to get her attention. She indicated the general direction I needed to head. I start wondering in the direction while pressing the button and finally locate the car. The next day I return the car to a different location as agreed. The return agent there was nice. The return agent mentioned additional insurance. I asked "what insurance?" I ended up going back to the airport Jan 2 with my papers to get the discrepancy resolved. I needed to return the car to a different location for a reason. I ended up having to get a ride back to the airport a few hours after dropping off the car to rectify this problem. Kind of defeated the purpose of returning to a different location ... didn't it?

Great experience! I recommend Enterprise highly.

I have rented cars from enterprise numerous times. Always get great customer service. Their always my first choice, have not needed to look elsewhere.

My experience was exceptional!!! I had great confidence working with the Customer Service Personnel there at the Airport and would totally recommend Enterprise Rentals in a heartbeat!!!
