Provided by YP.comAs locals, my husband and I love to recommend great food/restaurants.
After being poorly treated and verbally abused on the phone, I highly recommend to everyone NOT to go to this restaurant.
One of us works on River Street so it will be good to know that we can suggest to visitors to skip The Cotton Exchange Tavern.
