We had a new A/C system installed by this company, i can not say enough good things about them, on time, professional, great prices,just very nice people running ,and working at this company, from the owner, to Debbie, Jaime, and his helper, just awesome. We will tell everyone that is looking for an A/C company to use them !

All were extremely nice, courteous and professional. Installation work is beautiful!

CLIMATECH is the worst company to do business with.DO NOT ,I REPEAT/ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY,YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Experienced, reputable and very knowledgeable. Came in to look at a full replacement and suggested a repair instead as the unit did not yet need to be replaced. They are honest, local and dependable. They are not looking to make a killing off from a customer, but in doing the right thing...

Waited 3 weeks for a part and then was given the installation date. Waited for 4 hours , and told they were running an hour late. Called again after another hpur and told that the part was wrong part and we have to reschedule. Either the company has careless or incompetent people or no one really cares. The new unit is only 6 weeks old.

I enjoyed the installers very much!

Installers did a great job on a very difficult wiring job.

Paid 270$ for a replaced capacitor + diagnostic. The next day the air conditioner was STILL not working, and worse it leaked water into our downstair's neighbors apartment, ruining THEIR wall.



Climatech came back and said NOTHING was wrong. Our air conditioner continued to leak A GALLON a day. A private contractor explained the drain is clogged. A very simple problem that Climatech SHOULD have seen.



Now we have to pay for a new company to clean the drain, AND for ruining our neighbors wall on top of the 270$





Thanks Climatech you cost us about $500!

These are honest people. They did exactly what they told me they were going to do at the price they promised. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. If this problem ever arises again I know where to go!

The staff is very kind and professional. After doing some research I found out they were also very well priced. They saved me a lot of money, and for that I am so very thankful!

David was absolutely wonderful. He turned what could have been an annoying situation into a very enjoyable one. He informed me of my options and helped me choose the right one. Thank you David! Job well done!

We have an old A/C unit on the roof. It broke down just when we had company from out of town. We called Climatech and I got a quick response. The technicians were very knowledgeable and patient. Despite the late hour, they took their time until the job was complete.

Jamie and Jonathan were both a pleasure to work with. They patiently listened to our summary of the problem, offered advice and consolation, as appropriate, and were genuinely focused on resolving our problems and providing quality customer care. While they had to work in hot, dirty conditions, they both maintained very cheerful attitudes and always had time to explain what they were doing, etc.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable... great job. Larry was very helpful. My questions were answered, and the installation went as promised.

During my service call the representative was helpful. The scheduler answered my questions and concerns. It was in timely manner and convenient. My technician arrived on time.

We had a very fast and knowledgeable technician sent out to us and did an amazing job. I would refer this company to my friends and family.

Our technician was very professional and went beyond the call of duty to fix a light fixture and bathroom fan for which I am very grateful. Great job.
