Called Chris Morris Roofing after TS Hermine for leak around chimney, he came out, was prompt and nice. I assumed he fixed a leak in flashing (or so he says) and I paid. Hurricane Matthew and the leak is WORSE and in same location. Called back, and he came and replace a missing shingle and said he'd come back to fix the flashing again. He No-showed and caused me a lost day of work. He promised to call me back the following week - never did. Also, I never saw Chris on the roof. He had his "helper" up there. he said he had bad knees. A roofer who doesn't get on the roof? What? I call him back yet again and he promised to come out only to stand me up again - out another day work.
I called back. He's not answering my calls and his voice mail box is nicely full.
ZERO stars. The guy is nice to your face, but if it's not quick and easy, you SOL.
I will be pursuing small claims court action.

Roof repair failed less than a year after repair. He will not return my continued phone calls, voice mails or texts requesting he come back to fix. I have tried for 4 months and would even have been happy to pay for this to be fixed even though it should have been under warranty. Seemed like a really nice guy and was recommended by a friend, but I'm not a satisfied customer.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PUT A BAND AID ON THE ROOF. GUARANTEED TO LEAK VERY SOON AFTERWARDS. THEY HAVE BEEN SUED NUMEROUS TIMES AND NEVER PAID OFF THEIR JUDGEMENTS.

In the past, this company had performed minor roofing tasks, with success.

When employed to correct major roof leaks, including the compete replacement of tiles as well as the roof leak, he 'fixed the roof with a very costly bid. (tho' just under the est. from several other well-known roofing contractors).



When it rained 2 months later, the same MAJOR leaks were present - now, gushing.



I spent over a year attempting to have him honor the contract. He reneged on promises to fix the problems, twice. No satisfaction!



He has changed partners multiple times, since I first met him. Due to this unfortnuately unprofessional response and further damaage to the roof - I will no longer recommend him.

Unless this is repaired - I must grade his work/ response as an F. 912 - 704 - 9700

i want to thank this professional company for being on time and doing my job on time. the owner was outstanding and stood behind being on top of things for 25ys. please believe there workmanship. 912 428 7012

This company is very professional and the only roofers that ever picked all the nails that had fallen on the ground up!! The roof looks great and I don't have anymore leaks thank you guys.
