I understand that the building and foundation is old but the owner really should think about renovating!!! Some of the apartments have a mold and insect problem. The paint likes to peel off of the wall very easily. The walls are very hollow so you can hear everything. The tile in the bathroom will fall off after about three months of being there. And sometimes it takes a while for the apartment to cool down. It just depend on how hot it is outside. I lived out there for 4 years just because the rent was 425 for 2 bedroom. And I love Garden City.

I LIVE THERE FOR SOME YEARS AND THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT TO KEEP UP WITH THE APARTMENT, THE PLACE WAS GROWING MOLES IN THE BATHROOM AND WHEN THE PAINT IN THE BATHROOM THEY PAINT OVER THE OLD PAINT AND THE PAINT PEEL OFF A MONTH LATER. WHEN WE MOVE THEY CHARGE US THE CLEANING FEE AND ETC. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE THEY ARE NO GOOD.
