Technician Very professional and service 1st time using them for my service maintenance contractor I had no problems

Our A/C stopped working over the Memorial Day holiday. Bryd promptly responded to our call. Although we unfortunately needed to order a part to repair the unit, James was very helpful and assured us that the A/C would be repaired as soon as possible. We are very pleased with the service we have received from Byrd HVAC.

Clayton, our service technician, did a great job, as always.

Scheduled to suit our needs. Tech (Bobby) was on time as scheduled. He was polite, courteous & professional. He repaired a minor issue on the spot!! Byrd H&A is by far the best HVAC company in the coastal area!!!

WE HAVE BEEN WITH BYRD FOR OVER 12 YEARS. THEIR SERVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING. THE SERVICEMEN LOOK BEYOND THE EQUIPMENT TO THE OPERATING ENVIROMENT. RECENTLY ONE IDENTIFIED A SMALL HOLE IN OUR ROOF OVER 75 FEET FROM WHERE HE WAS SERVICING OUR ATTIC FURNACE.

They seem to be more about making a bunch of money then providing a service. I got a quote of $3,000 to replace all of my duct work because the insulation was coming off. I re-insulated it myself in one afternoon for $500 in parts and the labor of a friend.

I certainly expected more professionalism from Byrd. The technician blew a board, left the job site without telling anyone, left the roof hatch off, and just generally under performed.



Service manager never called back after I called to speak with him about the parts being ordered. He said parts would be in that day and he would call to schedule service. Still has not happened – not even a call to state why.



Now I find out that the part that was ordered is broken and I will have to wait 5 more days until Byrd is able to finish the job. This is absolutely unacceptable.



I am seriously disappointed in the way my account has been handled. If I had known how unprofessional the service would be I would have gone elsewhere.

Terrible people to do business with! Broke my equipment took over a week to fix a simple motor. Highly recommend finding someone else!
