When I called he had a middle eastern accent. He mentioned that he got a lot a spam calls so puts on a accent to throw them off. He promised to be at my home at a certain time but was late. He did mention that it might be late do to traffic. Still he showed up used all my tools to fix the problem then wanted to charge me over an hour and a half of work for going min over an hour, if was ever ten mins. He only accepted cash, witch he did not for worn me about, and was trying to hold a conversation with me while I was on the phone. With that being said, he is a nice guy, he did fix my problem and taught me how to do it. I think he has a great heart and truly does want to help you out. he did not sell me anything and I do thank him for that but my over all experience just wasn't a good one with him.

Mark did a great job again. This time we had a safety issue. Mark was on the job in one hour and did a great job. Honest and reliable.

Took excellent care of my clients when they needed siding repaired on their new home. He even took the time to meet with them to pick out the most appropriate color. A+ service!

Im a maint. supervisor at la quinta on abercorn n needed someone to repair a broken window. I found apple siders on yahoo after other people told me itd be a week or 2. Mark came out within an hr and had the window repaired and installed within 3hrs. Thanks alot for the fast professional service!

Mark was very easy to work with especially on my rental property 2 1/2 hours away. I told him what my problem was by phone, he assessed the problem, came back with a cost estimate, then fixed the problem the same day with my approval. Once completed he sent photos of his work and asked renters if they were satisfied with the work. All in all great person to work with especially on odd jobs. (repair of siding and trimming trees to keep the squirrels of the roof)

WoW! We were having issues with our HOA about our shed and all in about two days, Mark gave us a quote and completed the job Superfast and efficient. Now we are worry free! Thanks Apple Siders, Inc. Would definitely call again!

WOW. I called this guy to ask for a quote. I live in Florida and asked if I could send him pictures since I cannot easily come up to Savannah and show him what I need done. The job was very straightforward.

He accuses me of holding back information???

As I'm trying to explain to him that its not that easy for me to get him access to the building he hangs up on me.

Uber quick, arrived early, finished early - would definitely hire again!

I called Mark at 4:00 PM to come assess and repair a broken window on my back door. He arrived in 10 minutes and took a look at the damage. He gave me an estimate and went to work once we agreed on terms. He left to get a new piece of glass and returned quickly. He began working and was finished by 5:15 PM. It looks amazing! You can't even tell anything was wrong with the window in the first place, AND he cleaned up afterwards. Excellent. I highly recommend.

Mark was great. I had to work with him while I was out of state, and he made the process easy from start to finish. He helped me work through warranty issues to putting up the siding, and he even helped with a unique problem with warping of the original siding. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

This is a perfect example of how a lousy business gets good reviews. This is all bs that has been stacked high. Check Angie's List and save yourself a lot of grief!

Mark's prompt, professional, considerate, honest service was extraordinary, from my experience. Mark arrived at our home to replace a shattered sliding glass door unit within 30 min of my call, on a Sunday afternoon, following 2 days of delays from another installer who previously agreed, through contract w/ a major national home improvement warehouse retailer, to replace the door that Saturday, but apparently decided to continue postponing until Mon (perhaps, ultimately, beyond), once he had the aforementioned contract (& guaranteed payment). After rushing from Atlanta following work that preceding Fri, with this service ultimately delayed until Mon or beyond, by Sun afternoon, when I finally learned this other installer was cancelling his 2nd installation date & time (w/ no call from original installer to inform me of 2nd cancellation, no less, leaving me waiting for hours for his arrival in frustration), Mark's immediate response was an Enormous relief.



Following his arrival, Mark assisted me in cancelling the original installation contract, ultimately cancelling my original replacement door purchase order & selecting another at another major home improvement retailer (my choice, based on Mark's experienced advise & our careful review of specs on variety of doors in stock at each retail location), renting a truck for self pickup / delivery of the new door, arranging for assistance from store personnel to load the door, unloading the door at our home, &, ultimately, completing the door installation, continuing his work that Sun evening until 11+ pm, then resuming early the following morning, even offering for me to stay at his home overnight due to major plumbing issues at our home (offer I appreciated but declined), then offering for me to shower at his own & share a late lunch, that Mon, after completing the work (offers I accepted).



Mark's labor charges were very reasonable, especially considering circumstances (last-minute call on a Sun afternoon, requiring work running into night & following morning, ultimately), & Mark even agreed to reduce the total charges if I agreed to assist w/ the labor. (Believe I ultimately paid an extra $100 or so, considering extraordinary service, patience, & consideration, but that was well earned, as well.)



I would recommend Mark / Apple Siders, Inc., Very highly for any home repair project, such as this, particularly when time & quality of service are significant concerns.

Unsurpassed responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work! The company showed up at my doorstep within 30 minutes of me making the call to repair a sliding glass door everyone else was too old to get parts for. He correctly identified the problem, fabricated a solution (it worked perfectly the first time), work was completed ahead of schedule and the price quoted is the price I paid (very reasonable, no surprises). I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

He's great. Super friendly and thorough. I would absolutely hire him again. We have a rental in Savannah and he has worked with our tenants on twice different occasions for multiple problems. Tenants said he did a wonderful job.
