Tree pruning time: My bypass loppers had been left out and needed to be oiled and resharpened. Not wanting to buy a new pair, I called everywhere (incl. YP listings for tool sharpening - no luck

Then, I placed a repair call to Andy's after 5:00pm on a Friday; a gentleman answered (Andy?!) and thoughtfully responded to my resharpening request. He said to 'to bring it in on Monday/pick it up on Tuesday morning.'

I drove thru heavy traffic, expecting to leave my tool. Instead, I was asked if I would mind waiting a few minutes; I was handed the repaired tool within 15 minutes!

Awesome! Reasonable! Easily and expertly repaired. Well worth the drive. Thanks.



Andy's is located on the Ogeechee b/w Chatham Parkway & Dean Forest Road. Everyone from the front of the house, to the service desk was pleasant & knowledgable. A steady stream of customers, both residential & corporate (lawn services) filed thru the business for repair/ new products during my visit.
