Me and my wife had been going to kicklighter for about 6 years.I've noticed a few thing in the past but this one put the nail in the coffin. I called the front desk the morning I had and appointment for my baby girl last puppy shots and it was for 9:20 am on 6-6-18..I let the lady no that I had to drop her off and pick her back up had to be somewhere at 9 AM that morning that came up. She said that I will loose my schedule for 9:20 and she will give my appointment to the next in line..I didn't have a choice but to go by what she said...To make a long day short my wife had pressure on her brain and she had to go and get a spinal tap. I didn't explain that to the front desk didn't think I needed to. So after the procedure I drop off at 204 animal hospital to pick up my baby and to take my wife home to get some rest. Well when I got there at 4 PM that after noon the front desk said to me the puppy wasn't seen yet so we will give you a call when the puppy is ready...I said to her I'm not coming back up here from Richmond Hill that late in the evening and could you get the baby for me so I can take her home...Well that's what happen not one word to why we hadn't seen her yet or nothing the only thing I got was ok..6 years with this Vet. And I'm treated this way ..I own a business I don't even treat the ones who really get under my skin that way.. Bad business.. And my 3 babies deserve better then this treatment ..I will be moving on and never will I use 204 again..Pissed
