Mrs Kim is the sweetest lady and is always happy to assist you when needed. i would recommend this storage to anyone who is looking for one!

I needed storage for some of my furniture to have construction work done on my home. Having used storage before I was afraid of rat or bug damage. Ms. Kim assured me that would not be a problem. My unit was clean, water tight and I love that the business is gated. After construction was completed on my home, I was happy to find my furniture was fine, no damage and no bad odor! My thanks to Ms. Kim and 17 South, I will use again!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good rates, easy rental and clean, landscaped facilities. I Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

The workers are great at making sure you understand everything clearly and go out of there way to make sure you are being handled with care and consideration. Along with the best prices this place has to offer, i wouldn't think twice about using this company again.

Loved the hours the manager would open to help me not have to pay late fees the next day!!! I've got too much school work on my mind to keep up with exact due dates!

well reading the reviews on this storage place I find it to be interesting I also know that the manager is going to make it sound like that everything is incorrect or wrong what tenants or ex-tenants write, that is her job naturally she is going to answer any negative review and make it sound as the tenant or ex-tenant is wrong or they have the wrong facility because there is another storage place with 17 in its name. I do know the other manager was a very nice person when I came there to rent from her she explained everything to me even about the cameras that at one time they did work but got hit by lighting the owner was not interested in repairing them because he had done it time after time it was expensive

the manager was very up front with me about it and I was even told that yes you have a code to get in but be real any one can tail gate in after hours. Unfortunately the manager didn't have a place to accomadate me with the business I had but I do appreciate the honesty from the manager, she did reccommend a place for me. I

I have stored with 17 South for 5 years. While I had attitude problems from the previous manager, I adore the girl that has been there for the past 2 years. She has even opened up at 10PM for me to make a payment to avoid a late fee the next day. She gives curtesy calls before late fees are applied as well!

I have spoken with other tenants and they all agree that the facility is secure and current. We have NEVER had a problems with locks being cut off. Our unit has never been entered by anyone but us. I am appalled at the other 2 reviews. There is no way they apply to the 17 South Mini Storage. As there is another storage with 17 in the title, I think the posters need to check their facts.

this place is the worse place that I have ever stored at. My things were totally ruined. When you rent from them they give you a price then in the next 30 days the rent goes up. They don't make the repairs on there buildings at all the maintenace is terrible.

I recently was in the process of moving and decided to use this facility to store my belongings untill i could put them in my new house. Within my stay here, valuables went missing that were inside my storage container. Also the third day of being there, my lock was cut and when I informed the company of this they said it could not have been possible. Along with the rude people and the horrible security, i wouldnt recommend this for ANYONE and hopes this review will convince other people to stay away from 17 South.
