They dont deserve a full star. Probably the worst garbage service provider EVER. Several long periods over the years with no service with the excuse that their truck was being repaired, Then uncertian pickup days after resumption. Unannounced pickup day changes. Any kind of adverse weather-even minor-was an excuse not to pick up. One thing was consistent though: their expectation to get paid no matter the poor service or missed days.
