I own a malibu and a tahoe, boeser has worked on both of my vehicles. I truly appreciate the work they do & will recommend anyone. They are trustworthy & knowledgeable. They dont try to get over on women, and fix the problem right the 1st time. I have never experienced so much respect & care from any shops I've dealt with in the past. Just last week my malibu was taking in & my chevy dealer quoted me $450 for the work. Where boeser quoted me at $230. My tahoe was having issues a few months ago & they fixed it for only $163. Now my tahoe needs a new breakline & they quoted me $200. I will return with my truck next wk. Only place i trust! Very honest & reasonable.

I have a RV that required immediate transmission attention. I called all over the place looking for a shop that handled larger vehicles. Nobody in the twin cities would even look at it, that’s when I heard about Boeser Automotive.

Tom the manager and owner said he would be able to do the work within a weeks’ time. Tom was as good as his word and had my RV up and running and at a price point I was very pleased with. I would not hesitate to bring any of my cars to him for repairs

As I returned from my recent visit to my automobile technician, Boeser Automotive, in Savage, a disturbing thought crossed my mind. As time progresses, the days of the small business are numbered and being forced under by the larger Corporate enterprise. I thought, after many years of using Tom, at Boeser Automotive, how lucky I have been to get an honest determination and fair pricing for my auto needs. When was the last time you went to your mechanic and was greeted with a friendly hello and even more surprising the greeting using you name? Many small shops still operate in this manner. However, many shops seem to want to replace or repair so many things that I wonder why my vehicle even runs.



In the case of Boeser Automotive, I get a breakdown, before the work is done, of what is needed now, and what might need to be addressed in the future.The details of the the work are explained to me as well. When I authorize the work, it is completed promptly and at the quoted cost.



All to often we hear about the negative experiences, with a firm, but how many times do we hear about a GOOD experience. This is the reason for my post, a GOOD experience. If you need a good and honest automotive technician, I urge you to consider Boeser Automotive, in Savage. I am kicking myself for not writing this review 10 years ago. Boesser Transmission and Auto has been servicing my fleet as well as my personal vehicles. Tom, the owner of Boesser Transmission, is always happy to help us, gives us a fair price up front and completes the recommended repairs in a timely fashion. There have been times when Tom, instead of charging us would search his contacts to see if there were any bullitons or recalls on our repairs. I don't know about you but I like it when people spend time to save me money. Especially in this economy. I would also like to mention that out of all of our various repairs, some minor and some major, we've never had to bring anything back to him for "re-repair". I highly recommend all the people at Boesser Transmission and Auto.
