Called and scheduled a 2:30 apt for 4 pedis. Got there and two people were doing nails as two women were waiting. 2 other women came in. We waited 5 minutes before someone came to the counter for the two women who came in, they said they had an apt at 3:00. Lady came up to us said it would be an hour. Told them we had an apt at 2:30. She said we'd take too long, she'd take the others first. Told us to leave and come back in an hour. We were annoyed and upset, my mother-in-law said 3:30 for sure? Lady said... uh... maybe. We said no we need to know for sure. She wouldn't schedule us. We left. Poor way to do business.

Do a great job with nails! A little expensive for me and not so great with customer relations sometimes.
