Walked into the Store at square one mall and I was rudely disrupted by an employee who asked me if I needed any help, I told her that I was just browsing. She then told me to leave the store if I wasn't looking to buy anything. She also mentioned something about a conversion rate and explained to me that I would ruin her "conversion" if I keep on coming in and out. I believe this is no way to treat any potential customer at the mall and I was disappointed because I felt obligated to leave. Never had this type of problem in the mall, but this one lady made me believe this isn't the place to shop if you're looking for good customer service.
