I visited this store several times in the last few months and have encountered this terrific, kind young man, Austin Matusko, who was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding a dilemma!

Too often, superior service from an employee is unrecognized and unrewarded. While dissatisfied customers are quick to complain, few happy customers take the time to offer praise. Since thousands of people are employed by large companies, the good deeds of one stand-out employee like Austin Matusko might be overlooked by the company.
