This place had my broken Dyson vacuum for over a month. It was 3 weeks before they ordered the parts that I needed replaced. I was given the owner's number and left him two messages, but he never returned my calls. I told them I just wanted the vacuum back to bring it elsewhere for repair. When I arrived to pick it up, they had left part of my machine at their offsite repair shop. I was then guarenteed it would be fixed by the following Saturday. When I went to pick it up, the repair was complete, except they had lost the gasket to my cannister that was with the machine when I origionally brought it in. Now Im told it will be at least three MORE days before they can tell me when it will be ready. This is the most disorganized shop that I have ever done business with!
