It started off as a good experience. Hem on prom dress looked good and slit that was added to the dress. The trouble started when my daughter went and put the dress on and saw sequin strings dangling!! I took the dress back and asked if it can be fixed. She proceeded to say she didn't do it. My main concern was can she fix it in time for the prom in 3 days. She insisted she didn't do it but should be able to get it done by Saturday the day of the prom. She was more concerned about it wasn't her fault instead of trying to find a way to fix it. I left the dress there. While in the parking lot my daughter called and said she left a nasty message saying it is going to $30 since it wasn't her fault. I proceeded back in the store and grabbed my dress.
