this guy is a real class act!! after being rude to me from the start he took 20 mins to get the address on the package correct then he gives me a tracking number for a package that is untrackable because he directed me to use prority international which doesnt track?? I left a bad review on several sites and see I am not alone. He has been rude to many customers..then he left a review of his own company to try and balance the bad re iews he gets. What a scumbag. definitely has no manners and treats his customers like crap and has a very creepy way about how he speaks to the customers. I strongly advise anyone to go eslsewhere is you want your package delivered. BTW my package I paid $30 to get sent ...never arrived and its been almost 3 weeks. I mean why sell me priority mail and give me a tracking number if you cant track priority international flate rate????DONT TRUST THIS CREEP!!

Horrible customer service. Very rude and attitude the whole way. I ship according to what the buyer requests on ebay but this guy didnt seem happy with that. Everything he had to do to send the package was blamed on me not having the correct info. If this is how he treats his customers I wont be using him ever again and I would advise anyone else to go elsewhere if you want to be treated as a customer should.

The man that runs this store is EXTREMELY rude! I called for a shipping quote on a statue with exact weight known. i asked for the insurance and tracking costs to be included in the quote which came out to be just under $95. I was told I would be charged for the cost of a box--and I was ok with that. My fiance takes the item to be packaged and shipped out and the total comes to $125!!! Not only was thee man rude to me on the phone a week and a half before by acting as if he didnt have time to answer my questions, but he was rude to my fiance the entire time he was in the store. Another customer walked out because they were tired of waitng for service and the man wanted to know why my fiance didnt tell him! As if it were my fiances job to inform him of when smeones walks in or out! There were other issues as well, but too many to get into on here. The last thing I will mention is that I called him after my fiance returned home wanting to know why we did not pay a price close to what I was quoted. I also asked the man why he was so rude to me on the phone and my fiance in the store. He demanded to know how he was rude and I racked off a lengthy list. As if he wasnt in hot water already, he decided to raise his voice to me over the phone!!!!!



I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this business. The only reason this business even got 1 star is because this site requires me to put SOMETHING there. I warned the man that his business would be getting horrible reviews and he didnt seem to care.
