Dirty beds. Dusty. The top part of the beds you lift up doesn't stay up by itself. It hit me in the back a few times while trying to climb into the bed. Expensive for what you get out it. I got a month of tanning and didn't tan at all. And I even used lotion. They need new bulbs and beds. And need to clean better.
