Right from calling to schedule my appointment all the way through a job well done, your company really differentiates itself. I have used your company at least 3-4 times for various window needs. My initial call is always friendly, upbeat and professional. My appointment has always been scheduled promptly. Your service technicians are professional, friendly and respectful of my home. They explain the problem, correct it and clean up when they are done, all with a smile. I have used other glass companies and have not had the positive experience I have with Window Panes. I keep your number in an easy to find place and refer you to anyone in need of glass repair.
