You can truly relax when dealing with these folks.This is a company that does business internationally,yet maintains a small town,neighborly approach. Their staff truly seems to have your best interest in mind,rather than their profit margin. A salesman there (Dale Gulden) actually recommended a much less costly alternative to my original plan,and took the time to explain to me just why it was the better option for my situation! This style of customer service is virtually unheard of in today's economy.,and what a welcome relief they are from the prevalent business model (you know how it goes,customer service is over once they have your money,phone calls are routed to automated menus,and the very best one can hope for is to finally reach some worker overseas that reads a script,often unintelligibly)
