We do not sub-contract our labor like many companies choose to do. When you are searching for a contractor keep in mind that a reputable one will not require a deposit on repairs or re-screening. Checks should be payable to a company, not an individual, for a warranty to be valid. We require a full payment upon completion of job: cash, check, or credit card.
