Provided by YP.comThis guy is a LIAR AND A THIEF!!! Claimed that a bottle of perfume was 1/2 price, but he actually charged DOUBLE of the MSP!!! What a shameless liar. When we came back 30 seconds later, telling him that the same bottle was at target for 1/2 the price, he said that he will not refund and that's it. A very dishonest merchant.
