Stay clear of this doctor. All he wants to do is get you hooked on pain meds. Precription bottles states, "take as needed". And if you don't take it every few hours he get furious. Had lumbar injections & he was screaming about a patient as I was laying on the table. Will try to tell you your hormones are out of wack too. Lost my hair from the hormone meds. Other Dr said there was nothing wrong with my hormones.
