We had heard of kayaking the mangrove tunnels and were lucky enough to hook up with the original kayak tour company that ran the first kayak tours there. The guide was informative and witty and the kayaks were clean. It was a great diversion for us from an otherwise boring medical convention.

Amazing tour, we had a great time. Will definitely be back.

I've tried kiteboarding and am a long time windsurfing. I took lessons from instructors at Real Kiteboaring in Hatteras and also in the Dominican Republic. No one ever explained the kite skills like Laurel Kaiser, the owner and head coach. With the difference in teaching skills my progress was incredibly better. Her years of teaching experience in the wind driven sports really makes the difference. Others were cheaper but she is definitely better and doesn't waste your time in poor conditions. I wouldn't recommend discounted lessons in this sport. I am riding and progressing now after two years of false starts. Ted Harris, Chicago

Go on a kayak tour with Bain through the exotic mangrove tunnels. Our family took a tour with Bain and he was outstanding! Our trip was made all the more enjoyable because of his local knowledge and his patience and creativity in making us all comfortable and including everyone in the experiences with the manatees. Our kids were so excited they haven's stopped talking about it. We will be back in the spring to do it again with our friends.

Poor customer service - tried for several days to call and no one answered the phone. When I finally got someone, the man was rude and not helpful. Do not use this company.

hard to get a hold of to set up lesson and expensive (just my opinion)
