My wife and I contracted with Holiday go build a pool for us in Riverstrand. We love our pool but we were a little disappointed in the time it took to heat the pool and spa...especially during the recent cold snap.

I want to thank Dan for ordering up a visit from the Heater company to do a thorough check on the system. This after several times assuring me it was the way the heater worked. The company came, they tore the heater apart and the The tech explained and showed me that it was working perfectly. This gave me peace of mind! Thanks again Dan, Ralph and Jeremy for your patience.

My husband and I recently purchased a home in Laurel Lake. The house sits on a picturesque fresh water lake. The previous owner was disabled and needed a chair lift to enter/exit the pool. The pool area was beautiful overlooking the lake; however, for us the chair lift seriously affected this. Holiday Pools did an excellent job of maintaining our pool, so we approached them about removing the chair. Dan, John and the rest of the team stayed with the project until it was completed. The quality of the workmanship was supurb. Today our pool is beautiful and allows a spectacular view of the lake and it’s wild life. I can confidently recommend Holiday Pools for any pool related needs.

Terrible communication, both internally and to us as a customer. We signed in Feb and pool still not done in July. Lots of BS excuses that we found were untrue.

1st Rate! We are new to Florida and think our pool is great. the salesperson at Holiday was so helpful, we didn't really know where to start but she guided us through the whole process. They even offered to service our pool to until we move down permanently. GREAT JOB.

Our experience was AWESOME! This is our 1st pool, and we couldn't be happier. We looked at several local companies, and we are glad we chose Holiday. Our neighbor has a pool and they wish they had used Holiday as ours is so much nicer. Our kids now want to stay at home.

We got a pebble plaster with a lifetime warranty, and can even turn on our spa from by i-phone.

Run now, Run Fast! If you hate having a peaceful life and strive on irritation, lies, and being bullied--then this is for you. Horrible company...worst business experience I have ever had. Will not own up to damage they clearly did to my home. Home was brand new and never lived in--yet they say that home damage wasn't done by them -- it's on the house where you installed the Pavers and the pool deck and lanai--and the damage wasn't there before you started. lennar homes should stop suggesting this company -- they could save themselves a lot of problems.

These people really know their business. I recently had them re-do some work that I had another pool contractor perform. The first party had botched things badly. He admitted he did not know what he was doing. Holiday Pools to the rescue! They fixed everything and corrected the backward hookup to our pool/spa heater, all at a reasonable price. These guys rock!!
