Once the agency received our payment, we recieved little to no communication from the agency. After a very long and frustrating 3 years, we finaly withdrew from the program. The agency showed no compassion or support to us at all. Based on our personal experience with this agency, we could not recommend them to anyone. Find an agency that has a support network and sends regular correspondence or updates.
