Ed helped us tremendously to focus on exactly the homes with the items we requested. None of our time was wasted which was great since we hadn't moved to Sarasota yet and our time on our visits was limited. He and his wife Karen sent us a lot of listings ahead of time so that we felt like we had really done a thorough search and could be confident that we were purchasing the right house.
