Stay away from this one! I went in wanting soft, shoulder-length layers and came out with hair so short I can't get a curling iron around it. It will take years for me to grow it out. Beware!

Very disappointing experience. Colorist did not leave product on long enough to create color we had discussed in advance. Salon did not carry products to detangle my long hair and resorted to just dumping anything and everything on my head. Colorist asked if I had brought my own comb so I could comb out my hair. No smocks so my clothes were drenched while washing my hair. Stated another client color before he finished mine. Owner seemed unconcerned and uninvolved.
