Nearly all of my extensions came out after 3 weeks! When I called to tell them this, they said they couldn't get me in to fix it for another 2 weeks, even though i plainly told them this was pretty mych an emergency, and at this point it was a total mess. I couldn't wait another 2 weeks, so I had to go to another salon and pay them to get my hair done. The other salon told me this was not done properly at all, and that I deserved a full or partial refund for the money $100 per hour I paid to have it put in, as it wasn't done correctly. When I calked and politely tried to discuss this with them, I was told that I should have come in sooner to have them assess the damage and should have told them "something was really wrong." The fact that I had called and explained all this before and was told I couldn't be seen for 2 weeks didn't seem to matter. Also, it was indirectly implied that it was likely my fault although "it would be unprofessional for them to tell me so." I've wirn extensions for years and i know how to take care of them, so i do not feel it was my fault. And this wasn't cheap. So anyway, now I'm having to pay to have them re-applied at another salon. I was extremely disappointed in the unprofessional way this was handed. Will not be going back.

As always, Becky worked wonders on my hair. I walked in looking absolutely awful. I had 2 inches of grey roots with bleached & fried/frizzy ends. I walked out with a nice fresh cut and the most gorgeous chocolate brown color I have ever seen. She was so precise with my color that my hair still had highlighted areas even though she didn't do any highlights or foils. AMAZING!! I drive all the way from Lakeland (approx. 3-4 hours round trip) and it's definitely worth the drive. I feel pretty again!
