What a bad experience- just moved from Nj and google for a good place to do the tints for my BMW what a horrible experience at this place. I paid 230 for some cheap tints, got bubbles, the cut was bad, I will post pictures of what they did, I took it back and ask for my money back and David who claim to be the owner but he has a lack of customer service told me he couldn’t refund me he has to fix it to bring it back on Monday at 5? Is this guy real? Doesn’t he knows people work? We are not like him just seat in a chair in front of a tv watching German shows. Worst experience ever if you guys can’t avoid this place please do.

Great selection of tints, great prices, phenomenal assistance in selecting the correct tint, great customer service:- all this in one place! I have had 4 cars tinted at American European, I would not even consider going elsewhere.

Took my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali in to get my windows tinted and payed for the best window tint service they offer , even had the windshield tinted. 1st time I picked it up I noticed hairs in the windshield and the two front windows, I got Aron the manager right away and pointed it out. He said it was closing time and I would have to come back. 2nd time, there were actual creases in the tint where it had folded on itself and ofcourse more Hair! I again immediately got Aron the manager to have him address this, and he then told me I am going to have to deal with it that now his tint guys are costing him money. I responded with telling him that this isn't my fault and it needs to be fixed or I need a refund, he then proceeded to get in my face and yell at me and told me to try and sue him. I warn everyone to find any other tint place. Also please read everyone elses same experiences. I was ripped off and left with a terrible tint job I now have to pay someone to remove.

Took my brand new truck there to get window tint done. While applying the tint they used a lot of soapy water to get the tint to set just right before setting as usual. The water damaged key electrical components in my truck that can not be fix only replaced. I talked to the owner Dave about what I found after taking it to Toyota for diagnoses, (sense the truck has under 1,000 miles on it). Showed him what was wrong and what the cost would be of replacement, from Toyota not an aftermarket piece. He lost it, started to yell loudly at me, cursing at me, saying he will not take care of anything or stand behind his shop. Then it escalated to the point of me dialing 911 for help because he was threatening to hit me while inches from my face. After he saw me dial he got out of my face asking me to hang up so I did, and told him I will be contacting my lawyer to get this resolved. While saying that I was closing my vehicle door, he then grabs the door pulls it out of my grip and starts proceeding to yell and curse at me more. How the electronic equipment will dry up and start working again. While in his rage, I was able to get my door back in grasp close it and drive off before the situation got any worse. Beware!

David is honest and integral in everything he does. I have purchased a car for my son from him and he has taken care of maintenance on our vehicles since we moved to Sarasota nine years ago. You simply can't do better than dealing with David & his staff at American European. Just don't get him talking about Liverpool or the Glazers!!

After they tinted the windows on my brand new Cadillac ATS, there was hair and dirt in between the tint and window. After giving them a chance to fix their mistake several times... I finally just went to somewhere else. This place removed my sunpass and didn't put it on, and the owner, David Colley, refused to refund me my money or strip the tint off. They might be great in other departments, but def not window tinting!

I purchased a car recently from American European Autos. David and Jeff could not have been nicer. No pressure, no false promises. And it didn't take all day. I looked at the car drove it and the paperwork was finished all in less than an hour. It was really a pleasure to do business with them. I would definitely check with them again when I am in the market.
