Had a furnace put in which ended up costing more than estimated.
Very Poor communication on service done and work expected.
Takes forever to get the work done as well.
Very rude when any discrepancies occurs.

I want to thank all of you who helped me! Greg Trombley-Ron Woodard-and another young gentleman and the office staff ! The gentlemen who came to my house and installed my hot water heater were great! You surely have a wonderful group of workers! Thanks again and I would highly recommend Home Energy !

Thank you for quick fix last month when I had no heat. Excellent. Now I'm on a regular yearly service.

The management at this company is extremely rude. I also feel that they are extremely expensive with servicing work. They actually start the clock on the labor charges from when they leave their office rather than when they get to the job. Do yourself a favor and look for a different company if you need to get an oil company in the area
