Good Denist Bad Office

I would like to say something nice about the Santee Town Center dentistry, so I will say the equipment is new and the carpets are clean. But that I s all I can say that is nice. The Dentist and technicians seem competent, but the front office staff will find many ways to lighten your pocket book. Further, the billing clerk will deliberately over charge you and your insurance company for treatment you don’t need or didn't have. Specifically, she would misquote the co-pays on our dental plan often doubling the price of treatment. Any questioning of the bill was meet with hostility. But I guess with all the new ‘STAR WARS” equipment they need the income.
