We had a leak in the service line and decided to replace the old "blue pipe" with copper. TLC did an excellent job. They were professional and respectful of our needs. They made sure everything worked and was in order before leaving. The neighbors could not even tell our lawn had been dug up to lay the new line. We hope we will never have a problem again but if we do we will use TLC.

We have used TLC for a number of projects such as clogged drain, water heater, water softener & toilet install. They are polite and courteous on the phone and in person. This last project we relied on Larry and CJ's expertise on installing the toilet as it wasn't just a simple 'remove and replace'. Nonetheless, the install was completed in a timely manner and it looks great. Initially, there was a scheduling conflict that resulted in a couple of calls back and forth. CJ called to advise they would be here in about 30mins and sure enough, they were. We would recommend this company to anyone, they've done right by us. -F&C
