AFTER SPENDING $1,500 a YEAR FOR 8 YEARS I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THE DOOR AGAIN
I have been buying the r/d food for my pets here for 8 years. (I do not see the Doctors there because I cannot understand their English enough to care for my pet.) Eight years spending $1,500 a year for pet food. Today when I went in there to spend $190 dollars for 6 weeks’ worth of food I was told I had to bring in my cat to see the vet tech or I would not get any food. I asked to speak to the Dr. and I told him I have been buying food here for 8 years with no problems I do not want to traumatize my eighteen (18) year old cat by bringing him in here so a vet tech can just look at him and to put an extra $20 in your company’s pocket. The Dr. said “to bad you will not get any food for your cat until you do.” I said “you are going to lose $1,500 a year for a $20 tech visit?” He just shrugged his shoulders. I just laughed and said “there are too many other vets around who would be happy to sell me their pet food. I also told him I have noticed that the last two years I never see any other clients in here are you that desperate for money that you have to set up unnecessary appointment just to get money?” I WILL NEVER GO TO MAST BLVD PET HOSPITAL AGAIN ALL THEY CARE IS ANY EXTRA MONEY THEY CAN GET.
So an update….. I can buy the r/d food through Amazon. I do not need a Doctor’s visit or a tech visit nor do I need a RX
Mast Blvd Pet Hospital really was trying to rip me off for more money.

They have been excellent. It is easy to get an appointment and prices match other veterinarian hospitals. They are open many, many hours and are available on weekends. The doctors seem to care about their patients and the support staff is friendly and professional.

Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We've recently had two serious medical emergencies.In both cases, our dogs had excellent, expert medical care and are back home doing well. We were grateful for the quick response and reasonable cost.Thank You!

Loves this hospital! I have a very small dog who was 3 pounds and they had to do the shots in 2 days because she was so little. Very helpful to hear as I didn't know that. Good prices and great employees.

My dog was clearly in distress and in pain. I called as a new client and was given an appointment for an hour later. It was such a relief to have my pet seen right away and the vet was terrific, as was the rest of the staff.

All the staff we encountered were great! The staff and doctors were very pleasant and informative. Our fur baby (cat) had to have surgery the same day as his appointment and everyone was very attentive to our needs. The staff followed up a couple times during the week following surgery and was always friendly each time I answered the phone. Thanks for all that you've done to make our baby feel better!

They were all wonderful! We were scared that we were losing our little girl. Within the first minute the technician took Lizzy to see Dr. Singh. About 20 minutes later Dr. Singh explained that Lizzy needed immediate surgery. He took the time to calm and reassure us. Even the financial part was painless. Thanks for the help of the staff. thanks again to all.

Very comfortable with the treatment Bella received. I even received a follow up call to make sure she was okay after her surgery. Even there was a technician who fell in love with my little chihuahua!

Do not go here! I used this place for about five years, sunk three thousand dollars into them, and after my most recent visit I will never set foot in there again other then asking for my cats medical records. I was called a liar by the Dr himself and lied to to by a staff member about the finical aspect of my cats treatment when he broke his foot. These people disgust me, which is something I never though I would say upon my very first visit five years ago.

Dont go to this Vet. Bad vet. Pretends to care. Doesnt care. 2 friends I referred took their dogs there. One dog was told needed surgery, 2nd opinion at other vet started dog only had ear infection. 2nd dog was told had a tumor and needed surgery. 2nd opinion said dog had abscess from a bite and treated it in 15 minutes. Take your pet anywhere else. They love euthanizing pets. If you leave your pet, expect it to be not well when you bring it home.

I am doing a research paper for school. Corey answered the phone, she was very helpful. I would recommend that people go to their physicality to have their pets checked!!!! :) Thank you Corey for your professionalism.
