My mom told me to go to Cool Master because she received great service there. I went there three times and was left disappointed each time. The owner of the shop is usually the person behind the desk and he has been rude and condescending to me on two occasions. They don't call you to give you any updates on how your car is doing. If you don't call them, you'll never know.

Once I asked one of the mechanics a question. I didn't understand the answer the mechanic had given me, so I asked Lynn the owner, the same question and his response was: "Well, what did he just tell you!" He has no patience for the layman that doesn't understand automotive jargon.

After several failed attempts at trying to find the great service my mom has found there, I give up. I am never going back.

Reliable, knowledgeable, expert master mechanics and staff. Every time I have needed service on both of my vehicles the guys at Cool Masters have really been there for me! Being female many times in the past other shops try to put one over on me but not these guys! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to give your a FAIR deal! Really happy to know I have these guys on my side! Easy to find and they always make time for all my service needs! I recommend them to ALL my friends...you should too! Look for the giant missle off Prospect in Santee for the Coolest Masters! Thanks again guys!

Finding a great service center where the staff live and serve with intergity is hard to do these days. I brought in a real "problem" as another mechanic charged hundreds for rear axle work that was never performed. This shop went way above and beyond on a busy day to take care of the issue.



I would send all of my business accounts there and have no problem send family and friends to Cool Master in Santee.

We have a 1995 Ford Exploder with 200,000+ miles on it. It had several issues that we talked with Linn, the owner about. He took the time and let us know what was absolutely necessary to fix and what we would be looking at in the near future. Very communicative and helpful. Our car runs amazing and I'm sure we'll get another 100,000 miles on it.

I have spoken to , Len, the owner of Cool Masters and used his services several times.

He and his staff are the most reliable, friendly and depenable automotive service I have used. His prices are fair and he makes sure all vehicles serviced are safe to be driven. Even the little things like changing a light bulb or straightening my license plate were completed with a smile. It is refreshing to run across such great service in the car industry!!
