I am composing this with a moment of hesitation...(I don't want to share this secret with too many people).



My wife and I have been long time patrons of our favorite particular Julian restaurant that has undergone a change in ownership in recent times. This new ownership has done no good to sustain the quality of the previous owner's food! Much to our willingness to give them another shot, we drove up on a weekday to try again, but (Thank God) they were closed.



So while driving back down through Wynola on the 78, I noticed my name ( I'm a Jeremy too, just not THE Jeremy) on this restaurant and we decided to give it a try. This little place opened up inside to be a pleasant and elegant atmosphere. Our server Natasha declared that the Crab Cakes were the Best in the World. She was right! She went on to suggest meals and described them accurately. Well, actually the food was better than even her description! My family and I are heading up there again tonight.

This place was truly too good to believe. First they have "re-opened" the real front door & restructured so that the restroom is acually inside!! Next, the place has a very homey but genteel atmosphere. We went on January 4th when it was very cold & it was nice to be sat next to a real fire. Breakfast was wonderful. The food is first rate & prepared like a dream. I can not wait to come back for an evening dinner as the menu was mouth-watering.

I live in Julian and have seen many restaurants open where Jeremy's on the hill is and I have tried them all...never really impressed until we ate at Jeremy's on th Hill. The food is amazing! The service is excellent! It is a perfect place to bring the family or to have a romantic evening. I would reccomend this place to anyone! The price isn't bad and it is in my opinion the best restaurant in Julian, Wynola and Ramona!!

I stopped here on my way home from an afternoon in Julian and felt like I had stepped into a dream! The atmosphere is very beautiful.... elegant yet very welcoming and soothing. The folks are just delightful, the menu made my mouth water. I was just having dessert, and the chocolate pudding with berries (the family's Grandma's recipe) was perfect. Yes, I was comforted! I can't wait to invite my friends to join me at Jeremy's again, so we can sample the gourmet selections. Prices are reasonable, too! Did I dream this?

Wow, this place was so cute! My husband and I have lived in the San Diego are for many years and Julian is one of our favorite vacation spots. It's nice to see something very different happen to this little town. Jeremy's is run by the sweetest little family (their son is the cook) and really has that family feel to it. The food was great-- the son is only 21 but he cooks such gourmet foods so well that you would never guess his age (my husband asks tons of questions- that's how we found out).

This is in the old 'Toms chicken shack' building, but looks so different than it used to-- definitely for the better! Oh yeah- the beer list was amazing! They had a ton of wines, but the micro-brew list was astounding and delicious.

For desert, we had the raspberry chambord cremebrule- and oh my gosh- it was like heaven! The only downside was that we couldn't bring the dogs in but the daughter said that they were working on opening the outside deck for seating. Once this happens I am sure that they will attract much more people!
