This review is for the Santa Rosa Store ONLY. Our main box died. I called technical support to trouble-shoot. They were awesome and diagnosed that the box needed to be replaced. Offered to send tech out or I could bring box to Santa Rosa store and exchange for a new one. My husband was available to do this. They wouldn't help him because it is my name on the account. He brought a copy of our bill and everything. They could have easily confirmed he lives at the address and had "my permission" to do the exchange. They never looked at the support notes, never tried to call me to confirm he was acting on my behalf. HE'S THE ONE WHO WRITES THE CHECK EVERY MONTH!!! Then they refused to give the broken box back to him, the check-in girl was too busy having a personal conversation to help. Only after he got loud and obnoxious did she give him back the box. Now, I have to go do this after working a 12 hour shift in healthcare. Ridiculous infuriating waste of my time and my husband's. They all acted like it was such an effort to help out. So unprofessional and disrespectful of a long time customer!
