Phil really knows his stuff and is as honest as they come! We had 2 bathrooms that both had extensive dry rot in the bathrooms which went all the way to the framing, sub floors floor joists and drywall caused by undetected leaks behind the tile in the showers.

Phil and his assistant Jose are pleasant to work with, very personable and will go out of their way to explain your options and explain everything in a way that you can understand. Phil is concerned about your needs, your budget and your satisfaction. He always does everything in a high quality manner so it will stand the test of time!
