Prompt, courteus, friendly service. Knowledgeable about their products. I called to inquire about a product I found during an online search (neem oil). The gentleman answering the phone was friendly and professional, willing and able to answer my questions. Their store carries the product and he was able to give me information about the sizes, price and availability over the phone, as well as uses for the product. No high-pressure sales pitch; answered the phone quickly; no long menu to wade through - answered by a live person! Overall, an excellent experience! Will be picking up my neem oil shortly.
