Empire Asphalt & Engineering Company has been in the paving and grading business for eleven years. We pride ourselves in providing high quality services that go above and beyond the call of duty. We work one-on-one with our clients, striving to understand each landowner's vision for his or her property and turn that vision into reality. With each appreciative letter or comment from our customers, we only aspire to do better.Rodney Sichel is Empire Asphalt's founder, president and CEO. Rodney's family has resided in Sonoma County since the 1920's. He has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and founded Empire Asphalt in 1993. He is also very involved in the construction industry. He is currently the Vice President of the North Coast Builders Exchange, which is the third largest exchange in the nation. He is also on the Board of Directors of the North Coast Engineering Contractors Association.We at Empire Asphalt hold ourselves to the highest standards in the industry and pride ourselves on providing both service and a product that is far above that of our competition. We also recognize that our most valuable resource is our employees. Being in the construction industry, we take safety very seriously and have in turn received recognition from various organizations for safety excellence and achievement every year since 1997.It is also important to the company to give back to the community. Empire Asphalt regularly donates its time and equipment to organizations such as the Redwood Adventist Academy, the Piner-Olivet Union School District and Extreme Home Makeover ( to name a few ). We are also a member of many other associations including the Sonoma County Farm Bureau and the Sonoma County Grape Growers Association.
