Food made entire family sick, called to tell the manager and he laughed said not his problem! I do not suggest eating here while under current management

I have had fish and chips many times in many restaurants and the fish is dipped in a light batter, and fried to perfection. This fish wasn't dipped in a batter. Just fried and bland. The chips weren't great either. Also the sign in front says Bakery. They had one canoli and a cupcake left. Our meal for five came to around $60.00 and it was not worth the price at all. It was a bland meal. Blah. Way overrated by the food critic. I'll go to Gorton's frozen fish at the market before I ever go to Betty's again. PLEASE do not believe the Press Democrat food critic. I've been lead astray more than once by that clown!

If I was on death row, I would have Betty's fish and chips for my last meal.

A local favorite, but not mine: Good portions of nicley cooked, tasty but bland fish and chips are served at steep prices. Pineapple (!?) filled coleslaw is extra. This is a small, full service, sit-down restaurant, not a fast food shack.
